*For this workout, weight is completely suggested, but load your barbell with the lightest weight on the inside of the bar.  The weight used for the overhead lunge step will be the outside plate removed once your deadlifts are completed. You perform this sequence twice until you get to your lightest weight, where you will perform the 40 G20, reps being broke up however each team sees fit*
