Warm up & Activation

TABATA jump rope

Squat therapy w/10lb plate

Saddle pose 2 minutes

Seated hamstring stretch hold 2 minutes

Calf stretches 2 minutes


30 minute 2 team row relay

Each person will row a 30 sec sprint, there will be a programmed 15 sec break to switch teammates after each sprint. The team with the most meters at end of 30 mintues wins. Second place team does 20 Burpees :)
