20 Minute AMRAP
10 Dumbell hang clean & Jerk , 5 on one arm then switch to 5 on other arm
14/12 cal on rower
Feet must come come behind body and bar at bottom with arms at full extension and feet off the floor.
Both feet must touch toes to the bar, between hands, at the same time.
Must keep non working arm clear of body through out whole clean and jerk at all times
