WOD Team relay, 20 min

Each person will:

Bear crawl to end of room

10 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift high pull

Backwards lunges back to start point and tag next team mate.

Max hang from rig, focus on armpits forward, legs together, and core and hips engaged
