A competitive CrossFit athlete since 2012, and Level-1 Coach since 2015, Brant strives to bring a positive and uplifting atmosphere to every class. His specialities include Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and competition preparation. With a background as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Brant can modify movements for all ages and fitness levels.
Along with having 28+ years of training experience, Matt has a God given passion for coaching and helping people become better versions of themselves. Matt is a retired Army veteran and military fitness instructor, CrossFit Level-2 Trainer, Kettlebell, Weightlifting, FMT Certified, CrossFit masters athlete, CrossFit Regionals and CrossFit Games judge. Matt is also very educated in proper diet methods and competition preparation for all athletes.
A 21-year-old current Air National Guard member, Chandler is one of our newest yet most driven coaches. He has been an active CrossFit athlete for two years and loves to extend his fitness by hiking and backpacking. Chandler is gifted in helping others not only physically, but spiritually through communication and prayer.
